Santor's passion for coaching stems from the idea that everyone is good at something, and it is a shame for people to live their entire life without following their passion and operating on all cylinders while using their strengths.

Dr. Santor Nishizaki is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and teaches a variety of different subjects in the school of business, such as: diversity and inclusion in the workplace, management, marketing, entrepreneurship and innovation, and supply chain management.

Prior to Santor's teaching and coaching career, he worked for Walt Disney Imagineering as a design and production manager on the Shanghai Disneyland project in China.  Before Disney, Santor worked as a subcontracts manager at JPL/NASA and enjoyed working for both the public and private sectors.
